This intricate collector's specimen showcases a beautiful association of purple fluorite and delicate golden-yellow creedite crystals. Formed during multiple stages of hydrothermal mineralisation, the contrasting minerals create a richly textured display with exceptional visual interest.

The fluorite crystallised first from fluorine-rich hydrothermal fluids, developing its characteristic violet colour through trace impurities and natural irradiation. During a later phase of mineral formation, radiating sprays and clusters of creedite crystallised across the specimen, creating the vibrant yellow and honey-toned crystal growths that make material from the Dachang Mine so highly prized.
