All crystals and minerals sold are natural products unless otherwise stated. Natural variations including: 

  • Colour differences
  • Surface texture
  • Shape irregularities 
  • Minor natural markings 

Are not considered faults. 
We are making every effort to display colours and images correctly. However, we cannot guarantee that your devices display will reflect exact colours.

Measurements and weights are approximate. 

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP(£).
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. 
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (including pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity). If this occurs, you will receive a full refund. 

5. Shipping 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by: 

  • Postal or courier services 
  • Custom processes
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
