Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During live sales, launches, or busy period, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Current UK rates:
- Flat rate £5
All parcels are sent via tracked or signed for services where applicable. Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5-7 working days. Please note these are estimates not guaranteed delivery dates.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Royal Mail or Courier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Customs or postal backlogs
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging all crystals securely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the damage
Please also include your order number.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.
