Refund policy
Returns
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, include photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the natural and unique nature of crystals:
- Minor imperfections, inclusions, or natural variations are not considered faults
- Items marked as Sale, Reduced, or Final Sale are non-refundable.
Important Note
Each crystal is unique. Natural formations, colour variations, inclusions, and surface textures are part of their natural beauty and not considered defects
